Ministry Clip Art is a small-but-growing collection of clip art, photo objects, and photos for noncommercial ministry use.

ChristArt offers free clip-art for Christian webpages. There's a moderate sized collection and the images are a step up from a lot of clip-art that's out there. Plus, you can preview it on a selection of different colored backgrounds and see which version of each image is best for you.

The only 'catch' is that you have to include a link back to their site.
